Our teams train twice a week with an optional foot skills day thrown in. We focus on technical skills such as touches on the ball, foot skills, ball control, dribbling and passing. Another thing we try to emphasize is tactical skills like, winning the ball during 1v1 play and utilizing field positions. Our unique training at PSC has proven not only to be effective, but to create players who are strong and confident.
